Booking a B&B room

- To secure a room a deposit is required
- The balance is to be paid prior to departure
- If you cancel the reservation less than 28 days, we reserve the right to keep the deposit.
- During busy times one-night stays at weekends have limited availability
- If you fail to arrive and have not informed us of your cancellation you will be liable to pay for the outstanding balance

- Check-out time is by 10.00am
- Unfortunately, with regret the accommodation isn’t baby or pre-school children friendly
- We don’t allow pets in the farmhouse

Booking Captains Lookout (Studio Apartment)

- A deposit of 1/3 of the rental is payable to secure your booking
- Full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

- Check-out time is by 10.00am

- We don’t allow pets in the studio
Booking a Self-Catering Cottage

- A deposit of 1/3 of the rental is payable to secure your booking
- The balance will be requested within six weeks of your arrival.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on booking.
- Check-out is by 10.00am
- Cots and highchairs are available on request
Cottage House Rules
- Check-in time is from 4.00pm
- Check-out is by 10.00am
- We allow one well behaved dog per cottage
