Thank you for booking with Ty Newydd Bed and Breakfast. By making a booking to stay with us, you are entering a legal contract that is subject to these terms and conditions.

These booking and cancellation terms apply for direct bookings only.
To secure a room a deposit is required, of approximately one third. The balance is to be paid during your stay or on departure.
All bookings are subject to confirmation. Confirmation is sent once we acknowledge receipt of the booking and deposit.
All payments must be made in pounds sterling £.
If you need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible in writing, so we can recuperate any losses by rebooking the room.
We will return the deposit if you cancel more 28 days prior to the start of your stay.
If you have to cancel your booking less than 28 days the deposit is non-refundable.
If you have to cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the date of your stay, you will be liable to pay the outstanding balance.
If you are a “no show” and fail to arrive for your booking and have not informed us of your cancellation you will be liable to pay for the outstanding balance.
Ty Newydd accepts all bookings in good faith. However, in the unlikely event that we have to cancel any booking previously confirmed, the liability will be limited to the return in full of any monies paid. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
We STONGLY ADVISE that the Guest have adequate personal travel insurance to cover for amongst other things cancellation of the booking. If you choose not to take out Travel insurance, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur.
Arrival:- Check-in is from 4pm until 9pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed with us.
Departure:- On the day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room by 10am to allow us time to prepare the room for our next guests.
Car parking is provided for Guests in the parking bays provided (one car per room). We do not accept any responsibility for damage to or theft of vehicles or their contents.
The Guest who booked the property, will be responsible for the obligations and conditions of the booking.
The Guest agrees to pay if required to make good or remedy any damage caused or replace any items missing. Accidental damage or breakages of a minor nature would not normally be charged.
During your stay our aim is to offer all our guests a relaxing and enjoyable stay and we kindly ask guests to respect other guests.
Please keep the noise to a minimum between 10pm – 8am.
Accidents happen – please let us know immediately of any damage or spillage so that we can attempt a speedy repair or clean.
If we believe it is not suitable for you to remain on the premises because of unreasonable behaviour, you may be asked to leave and no refund shall be due.
We do not allow dogs or pets.
Children are welcome who are School age and above. No more than two people are allowed per room including children. You will be fully responsible for your children during your stay. It is regrettable the property is not suitable for babies and young children.
If you have any allergies, please let us know, in advance.
If the person making the booking is different to the person taking up the occupation, the person who makes the booking would be held responsible for cancellation, curtailment or “no show” fees as well as damage or loss, and would incur the charges.
No vaping or smoking is allowed in the property. All “Guests” are respectfully requested to observe this condition.
The use of candles, night lights or any other device incorporating a naked flame for the purpose of decoration or illumination is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
The keys to the property will be the Guests responsibility during the stay. Any costs incurred through loss or keys not being returned, will be charged.
Reception can vary considerably dependant on your phone network. WiFi is Good to Excellent. However we can not guarantee good reception/connections at all times. We have done everything possible to ensure Guests have these conveniences.
If you have any complaint, please let us know immediately so we are allowed the opportunity to address the issue raised. If reported after the Guests holiday no additional action will be taken to resolve the matter.
Whiles every effort is made to safeguard Guests, the Owner shall not be liable to the Guest or any member of his/her party for any loss or damage to person or property arising from their stay.
