Dragonfly Cottage is set in the court yard of our 1750’s farmhouse, this traditional stone built cottage used to be a coach house until it was recently converted. Dragonfly Cottage is a beautiful Four Star (VisitWales) contemporary cottage which sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. It is all on one level. There is a master bedroom with a king-size double and a comfortable twin. Cotton bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided and all beds are made up prior to arrival. The two bedrooms have oak wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bathroom is a modern white suite comprising bath with shower above, toilet and sink. There is also a heated towel rail.
A modern kitchen-dining-sitting room looks over the courtyard. The sitting area has a comfy sofa and arm chair, wood burner, flat screen television and Blue-ray player. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, access to a freezer, halogen hob with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and glasses you would expect. A washing machine is in the hall cupboard.
It has all the modern amenities whilst keeping its traditional character, including vaulted ceilings throughout and exposed oak beams. Allocated parking is provided for up to two cars and secure storage can be provided for bikes. There is an outdoor patio area with table and chairs.
We allow one dog in this property which also offers a wood-burner. One basket of logs are provided for the wood-burner and you have an opportunity to purchase more on-site.
